Hello,
This is a quick note to let you know that I recently tried a new newsletter platform and you may have missed my latest message. I noticed that most people on Microsoft platforms (Hotmail, Outlook) and a few Gmail users did not interact with the most recent update.
The topic of that email was AI and some of the ways I have been using it. It also includes some links and suggestions of ways you can try it out as well.
You can check out that post here.
If you would like to make sure you receive future updates please take a look for the email in your Junk or Spam folder and mark it as not junk or not spam.

Since sending out that message I have came across an interesting prompt about using AI to help with organizing. I haven’t tried this yet but I think it’s a cool use case so I thought I’d include it here.
From the tidymalism newsletter:
AI is everywhere, ok, but have you tried it for organising? I’m always experimenting with small ways to make life simpler. This month, I discovered a surprisingly useful prompt that turns your GPT into a personal tidy-up coach. Upload a photo, get an organising plan. That’s it. Here’s how it works:
1. Take a clear photo or screenshot of the space or digital mess you want to tidy.
2. Open ChatGPT and upload your image.
3. Paste this into the chat:
I’ve uploaded an image. First, tell me what you see. Then suggest a simpler, more maintainable way to organise it. Include a step-by-step plan or grouping system if possible. Tell me if you spot any other opportunities to rethink how this space or setup could be used or optimised.
4. Hit send and get your plan.
This works when you're stuck deciding how to start tackling junk drawers, the coat closet, or your cloud storage folder because it provides structure, a different perspective, and a non-judgemental nudge in the right direction.
Of course, you’ll still have to do the actual tidying yourself (for now?). But hey, with a plan and some fresh ideas, that step is suddenly a lot easier.
Thanks for taking the time to read through this message and rescue my email from your junk folder!
I’ll send out a new post soon with some of my photos from the spring migration. Stay tuned.
Hee Chris,
Thanks for you’re message. I think i’m going to try out your recomandation for organizing. I’m using gpt more often. To get a daily update with information for work purposes. And i found iT very handy to use for a suggestion of day planning when you are in a town you don’t know. Domeniek and I used it in Warsaw to plan our trip daily.
