We are home owners! 🏠

So, Jaime and I bought a house. That house ^. A cute little back split located in Newmarket, ON. Here are some of the details.

Newmarket is about 30 minutes north of where we live today, up highway 404.

We bought the house from the original owners who purchased it back in the ‘80s when it was built.

Our closing date is October 25, just in time to meet all the neighbouhood ghouls and goblins. 🎃 👻 🧛

We will be a short 1 km walk from Jaime’s cousin, Heather and her family. We are quite excited about that!

The house is located near some nice paths for biking and very close to all the shops.
